CMO a marketing-officer agent

A-01 A marketing-officer agent · Built by ViaVia

The hire who reads the repo, not the room.

CMO is a marketing-officer agent that lives in your team chat. It holds your brand, voice and product knowledge, grounds every claim in what your repo actually shipped — and posts only after a human taps approve.

For founding teams and top-of-field operators who live in chat and won’t hand over editorial control.

WIP · single-tenant · hand-built
FIG. A-01 — A WORKED TURN shows its work · waits for you
  1. read_github ViaViaTravel/Charles · what shipped found: new progressive-overload logic
  2. web_search strength-app launch angles 5 results · checked, nothing to overclaim
  3. draft post · X “Charles now adjusts your next set…”
  4. wait for approval drafted. nothing posted yet.
Draft ready “Charles now adjusts your next set to how the last one felt.”
a human taps this — never the agent

A-02 What it is

A real agent, not a prompt box.

CMO runs as an LLM in a loop over real tools — it reads, searches, remembers, drafts, and only then waits for your yes. It iterates until the work is done, then stops at the gate. The one button that matters is Approve.

FIG. A-02 — THE APPROVAL LOOP draft → human ✓ → post

A-03 How it’s grounded

It shows its work.

Every claim is traceable. You watch it read the repo, search, draft, and wait — the same way it shows you in chat. Receipts, not vibes.

  • 01

    Reads your repo

Checks what actually shipped on GitHub, so it talks about the product you have — not the one you imagined.

  • 02

    Searches the web

Runs real searches inside its own loop to fact-check an angle before it writes a word.

  • 03

    Remembers your calls

Corrections and decisions stick across conversations. Say it once; it holds.

  • 04

    Won’t fabricate

No invented numbers, no fake testimonials, no premature announcements. If your product didn’t ship it, the post won’t claim it.

A-04 The veto

Nothing goes out without your yes.

The agent does the sourcing, the research and the drafting. Publishing is a separate, deliberate step it takes only when you clearly approve — never on its own initiative. You keep editorial control; it removes the daily friction. About ten seconds of your day.

draft → your ✓ → post · the human keeps the agent honest

A-05 Where it lives

In the chat you already use.

Telegram is live today. WhatsApp and Slack are on the roadmap — labelled honestly, not yet shipped.

  • Telegram Live Lives in your thread, replies only when addressed.
  • WhatsApp Roadmap On the roadmap — not yet, and we’ll say so.
  • Slack Roadmap On the roadmap — not yet, and we’ll say so.

A-06 Pricing

Planned, not live.

Pricing is a forward plan — there’s no checkout here. Today, every CMO starts with a conversation. The shape we’re planning:

  • Free The worked example
    • One connected chat agent
    • Manual approval on every post
    • X + Instagram via the publisher
  • Pro Planned
    • More channels as they ship
    • Deeper memory + web research
    • Hand-off drafts for LinkedIn / Reddit

Planned shape · no checkout, no Stripe · contact to get set up.
